a blanket makes a beautiful gift for a new baby or a knee rug for the couch, and as well as being practical they often become a sentimental keepsake. this pattern includes very popular three styles of baby blankets.

style 1: patterned baby blanket, based on the old jacket every baby had, the finished blanket measures approx 56 x 80cm

style 2: nursery blanket with cables, the finished blanket measures approx 67 x 85cm

style 3: plain garter stitch, we've worked ours in three colours but of course you can knit it in one colour or use up your leftover yarn for a multicoloured blanket
